HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
If you placed a custom personalized order on Lykkefundpaper.com we will contact you for the submission of your details. 
Once you confirm your proof, your order is non-refundable and will usually ship in about 2–3 weeks. 
Please note any information you may want to be included in your personalized item(s) is subject

to Lykkefund Papers approval and has to fit into the design integrity of the product.

 

WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ITEMS ARE PRINTED AND MAILED TO ME? 
Customers ordering any personalized items will typically receive digital proofs
approximately three days from the final confirmation of wording
and design details.
 

CAN I SEE A PRINTED PROOF BEFORE PRINTING MY FULL ORDER?
Digital proofs are provided for free and give a good representation of the final product, but we understand
hard proofs are sometimes wanted in addition. Printed proofs of custom orders are
available for an additional fee according to production costs plus shipping.
The payment must be made in full for the entire 
order before printed proofs can be made.
Once a printed proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable.
 

HOW MANY PROOFING ROUNDS WILL I HAVE?
After the first digital proof, you will receive two additional rounds of edits and
alterations, totaling three. Any proof after that will result in 
a CHF 10 proofing fee. 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT?
With the release of your order, you will receive an invoice, which must be paid in total, before any work can proceed.
All prices listed exclude shipping costs.


HOW SOON AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY STATIONERY?
Most orders take about 2-3 weeks after the final proof has been approved. Orders 
that include
envelope addressing must have submitted guest addresses
before production begins. Orders that include handwritten calligraphy
addressing can take up to 6 - 8 weeks.
 

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER? 
Rush services are available upon request and availability. If you need your order
rushed, please send us an email with your requested finish date before placing an order online.
Rush Charges will incur an additional 40% on your job's total. 


WILL MY STATIONERY ARRIVE ASSEMBLED? 
The standard shipping method is to group suite pieces and wrap them in bandages
for safe shipping.  Wax seals have an adhesive back that can be easily peeled and
applied. If you would prefer your suites to be assembled inside their envelopes, we are
happy to do so for an assembly fee based on your orders volume.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RETURN MY PERSONALIZED ORDER? 
Once you have placed your order, work is immediately commenced. 

If you decide to cancel your order before your final proof has been approved, you may do so.
However, we will keep 15% of the job's total for restocking and applied design time.

No cancellations are possible after your final proof has been approved.

 

HOW MUCH DOES A COMPLETELY PERSONALISED ORDER COST?
Print methods, quantities, dimensions, paper, and overall design complexity are all
factors to be considered in personal offers. Every project is different, and for that
reason, a consultation is always needed before we can send you a personal quote.
 

CAN I USE THE PERSONALIZED IMAGES FROM MY ORDER FOR A LOGO OR
ARTWORK ON MY BLOG, WEBSITE, ETC.?
All digital images used during the proofing process are the sole property
and copyright of Lykkefund Paper 
and cannot be used for personal
logo design or reproduction outside of Lykkefund Paper.
