▶ WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and 
bank deposit payments.  

▶ IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
Transactions are secured using the latest SSL encryption technology which
ensures that your personal information can not be intercepted. You can shop with us with total peace of mind. 

▶ CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR AN OUT OF STOCK ORDER?
Yes - email us at hello@lykkefund.ch and let us know which 
product interests you. We will gladly notify you when it 
comes back into stock.

▶ HOW DO YOU PACK ORDERS
We pride in ourselves on using recycled materials. 

Our prints are wrapped in recycled materials and then shipped in
a cardboard mailer depending on the size. We always take great care to 
ensuring your order gets to you in perfect condition.

▶ HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS
We have a variety of shipping options.

▶ HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER AND IS 
MY PACKAGE INSURED?
For letter-size orders track and trace can be added at the checkout. 
Track and trace allows you to track the status of your order and
adds shipping insurance. 
Parcel size orders are automatically insured by the carrier.
If you've chosen Track and Trace, then you can inquire about the status of your order anytime.

Once your order is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost orders. 

▶ CAN I SHARE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA?

Of course – please do! We love to see images of our work in your home. 
Please always tag your

Returns and Exchanges

 
▶ HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? 
We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you.
We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us
in saleable condition which means all packaging intact within 14 days of receipt (postmarked).
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will process the refund.
 
Please note:
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
 
Personalized orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Variation Disclaimer 

In comparison to computer screens and product photography, there may be minor
differences in color for printed artwork. Calligraphy is a handmade process, and no
two calligraphy pieces are alike. There may always be subtle differences in texture
and size between papers, as they are subject to natural fluctuations.

Any Lykkefund Paper products, whether tangible or intangible,
are expressly and solely owned by Lykkefund Paper and may be used
in the reasonable course of our business. 
In the event, you wish to obtain any artwork created by Lykkefund Paper you
must contact us for permission to purchase rights. 
If permitted, you will receive an agreement with the terms and agreements on
proper uses of such artwork.

PERMITTED USES OF PRODUCT(s)
A non-exclusive license of product(s) will be given to clients only
for personal use so long as the client credits
Lykkefund Paper each time the client uses
a Lykkefund Paper property within the following contexts:
wedding website/blog and/or social media. 

PROHIBITED USES OF PRODUCT(S)
Artwork created by Lykkefund Paper may not be used or sent
to another designer to recreate, alter, or apply to any products without
consent from Lykkefund Paper; Lykkefund Paper will require a licensing fee.
The client may not reproduce, alter, or resell any
artwork created by Lykkeunf Paper for any reason. 

If you are a wholesaler or retailer and would like to resell our artwork please
contact us via the wholesale section of our page.
